I guess they are OK'ish. With my capacity test on SkyRC MC3000 one of the cells didn't reach minimum capacity at the standard 0.2C discharge - 3339mAh instead 3350mAh as per the datasheet. And none of them reached typical capacity of 3450mAh. Personally, I had higher expectations of them. Might have as well went with something cheaper like Vapcell M35 or Tinker's house-brand. Charged to 4.2v, 0.1A termination current. Discharged at 0.68A, 2.5v cut-off voltage.

I bought 6 cells. Tested the capacity of each and the max I got was 3604 mah. The min I got was 3474 mah, which is still above the advertised capacity. I haven't tested the load yet, but at lease the capacity is better than advertised.
